Sunflower HR, founded in 2018 by John Gorman, partner with our clients in the SME sector and bring solutions, experience and capability into their business when and as they require. We provides HR services in the area of compliance, employee relations, people problem solving and all aspects of management development.

John, our founder, is an HR and L & D professional with extensive experience in the FMCG food industry in Ireland and the UK. As HR Director with multi location experience in operational and HR/L&D roles he led the people agenda across Ireland, and the UK, as part of a privately-owned multinational business and has experience of working in a multinational plc

John also has an MSc in Training and Performance Management (University of Leicester), a Diploma in Training and Development, a Certificate in Employment Law and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching with Henley Business School. He is also a past President and Fellow of the Learning and Development Institute.
