As a HR and L & D professional with extensive experience in the FMCG food industry in Ireland and the UK, John has multi location experience in operational, and HR/L&D roles. As HR Director he led the people agenda across Ireland, and the UK, as part of a privately-owned multinational business, and also has experience of working in a multinational plc.
Since 2018 John has supported the people agenda in businesses of all size in healthcare, charity, manufacturing, semi-state and education.
John has an MSc in Training and Performance Management (University of Leicester), a Diploma in Training and Development, a Certificate in Employment Law and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching with Henley Business School. He is also a past President and Fellow of the Learning and Development Institute.
