We provides HR services in the area of compliance, employee relations, people problem solving and all aspects of management development.
John, our founder, is an HR and L & D professional with extensive experience in the FMCG food industry in Ireland and the UK. As HR Director with multi location experience in operational and HR/L&D roles he led the people agenda across Ireland, and the UK, as part of a privately-owned multinational business and has experience of working in a multinational plc.
John also has an MSc in Training and Performance Management (University of Leicester), a Diploma in Training and Development, a Certificate in Employment Law and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching with Henley Business School. He is also a past President and Fellow of the Learning and Development Institute.
