How much time in involved to deliver the programme?
The uncertified version of the programme is very flexible and can be delivered over a 1 day, 2 day or 4 day format.
The certified programme is a 4 day Trainers Skills Certificate programme, with an 8 day version for the full Professional Practice Certificate in Training and Development (Level 6 Special Purpose Award from QQI).
Is the programme certified?
We provide both a QQI certified and un-certified version of the programme to suit your business need and requirements.
The certified QQI programme is run in partnership with the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
What options do I have for programme delivery?
There are 3 options for delivery.
- Classic classroom face to face, where possible and suitable facilities are available.
- A blended learning approach of limited face to face and virtual delivery over Zoom or MS Teams.
- Blended learning with virtual delivery and self managed learning.
We recommend option 3.
Is the price for the entire programme or per person?
The price quoted is per person for the uncertified 2 day programme.
